Our principal engineer, Charles Davies, lifted the lid on his first IBM 186 PC back in the late 80s and he has been repairing and servicing computers ever since.
Charles’ knowledge in the field of IT support is backed with over 20 years of hands-on practical experience and academic studies leading to an A grade in A-level Computing in 1997, a 2.1 BSc. (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University Bristol in 2000, coupled with further postgraduate qualifications.
