Can you fix my computer over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer an over-the-phone computer repair service. We encourage our customers to bring their machine to our computer repair workshop, where we can carry out a full set of free diagnostics tests to enable us to determine the root of your computer problem.
How much will it cost to repair my computer?
Every technical problem is different in its own respect, so we cannot be absolutely certain how much a repair or maintenance job will cost until we have carried out a full set of diagnostic tests at our workshop. All diagnostic tests are carried out free of charge. If you would like us to perform a set diagnostics tests on your computer please call to schedule an appointment to bring in the computer to our workshop. After we have determined the cause of the problem we will be able to provide you with a quotation for fixing your machine. We will not carry out any work until you have instructed us to do so.

Will you do on-site calls?
We encourage our customers to bring their machine to our workshop, because all of our equipment and tools are at hand here. However, a collect and return service is available at a charge, as well as a callout service if the problem is something that can only be resolved on site, like an internet or a networking problem. We also provide a callout service for contract based work.
How far will you travel?
Our collect-and-return and on-site callout services are offered to locations within a radius of 12 miles from our workshop. Please visit our coverage page to see if your location is covered.
Do you repair or service phones, tablets, e-book readers or other electrical devices like televisions?
Our computer repair and support service is only related to conventional computers like laptops, desktop computers, server computers, networks and computer hardware / peripherals.
Do you sell computers?
We are primarily a company that repairs and services computers. We do not sell computers. Despite this, we can provide impartial computer-related advice. Please give us a call and we can run through any relevant questions you may have.
Do you sell computer parts?
We do stock certain computer parts – please phone us to see if what you want is available to buy with us.
What are your work hours?
We normally work 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on a Saturday. We ask customers to call to book an appointment.
How long will it take to repair my computer?
Some simpler jobs may only take a few hours. However, it depends on the state of the computer and the severity of the issue; it could potentially take much longer if the issue is particularly problematic. We endeavour to return machines to customers within two working days. However, this is not a guarantee, and we will only have a firm idea once we have completed all of the relevant diagnostics tests.
