HP Envy Spectre XT

Yes, it’s happened again. Computer technology has tested its boundaries, the result being a fantastic, shiny, brand-new Ultrabook that has achieved new heights.

With a 13.3 inch LED-backlit HD display and a more-than-decent selection of pre-installed pro software (such as Adobe Photoshop and two years of Norton Internet Security), this laptop is certainly a MASSIVE competitor for its rivals down at the Apple and Fujitsu offices.

What makes this computer any more exceptional than any other recent piece of tech kit, you may ask? Well, I tell you that this Ultrabook has returned to stunning aluminium casing, bringing it to a new height of durable, light, portable glory. Forget the cold touch of glass or plastic; this aluminium casing is certainly more than capable or protecting the laptop’s innards. The Spectre has incorporated Beats Audio into its already-attractive range of services; Dre’s magic touch should certainly be enough to give the Spectre the edge it deserves. It also uses exceptional Ivy Bridge processors. This means that it’s an engineering pride and joy; it uses 3D transistors that make the computer a quadruple-core powerhouse with jaw-dropping battery life.

The Spectre may not be the slimmest or the smallest, but it is an astoundingly powerful machine for around £900. This new Ultrabook certainly makes up for any perceived lack of design with its strength.
